whats your job ?

I make propeller blades for every Boeing plane there is :)

I did two weeks work experience at Hunting Aviation one day was spent with a dozen Indian guys listening to Classic FM in a small room with pumice stones balancing the blades. They said I'd spend a month or two there if I accepted the apprenticeship.

Needless to say I turned it down. Not my cup of tea. I should have done the work experience before spending time at college as then I realised Aircraft Engineering wasn't for me.

Did you not think about a career in another area of aerospace?

There is hundreds of areas to work in, im an actual forge operator, hoping to move into UST but it takes 3 years to learn level 1!
