Core Duo T2600 overclocked to 2.5ghz (through a custom bios)
2gb ram
120gb + 120gb drive (ide drive in dvd bay)

7900gtx flashed to 7950gtx and overclocked to 600/750
9 cell battery (30% wear :( )

Great machine, has lasted me since august last year :)

Runs Ubuntu 7.04 very well considering the spec, Xp on the other hand was terrible unless all the eye candy was off

Doubt i will ever upgrade it as it does openoffice, mozzila etc nicely, got my main pc for games.
well till i cant get replacement battery's or it just dies

You swap the disk in that?

Had it since May last year and it's been completely solid. I don't use it as my primary system, but it gets used a lot when I take it in to Uni to do work, or if I go to see the parents during holiday periods. Fantastic thing to have.

Runs vista etc easily enough and for a work laptop does just fine. Having the serial port is cool too as most these days dont have one and I still use it for my car diagnostics.
