I don't think I have anything particularly ghetto about my current PC but in previous ones I've snapped a fan blade off the CPU cooler and wanged in an old fan that was a bit too small and it still works perfectly as far as I am aware (sold the PC). Or there was an old graphics card where the heatsink fell off so I attached an old fan with a bit of garden twine.

or the normal £20 B&Q house radiator thats replaced it
(green water in 2 weeks didnt fill me with joy, also electrical tape streches overnight when your sleeping and thus shouldnt be used to hold up bongs.....)
