Currently on 8.09. Lowest was 7.60.

Cause

AVP.exe stopped working, causing a disruptive shutdown.

A further disruptive shutdown the day before.

And a Windows Failure before that.

(All caused by 3rdy party drivers)

I have not had a problems since, and the figure is back on the up.

run -> perfmon -> reliability monitor

(actually you could just search for reliab... in the start search and it will probably be the only app result)

7.51 :s

it seems to include things like failed installs which may really have put my score down, like I tried to install XNA twice before actually reading the text and realising it wasn't vista compatible yet.

Interesting, didn't know about this feature. Was this in XP? So I take it anything above 8 is good?? What do the numbers really mean?

9.29 on my hp dv6190eu lappy at the moment.

no big issues with vista on here, missing co-processor drivers and web cam drivers but ho-hum lol

loving it though.

No score when I checked last night on the wifes laptop, though it hasn't been installed for more than 24 hours, but i expect it to be at the maximum for a few days :)
