Sometimes I plug in my car in the morning to get a cheap IO slot. Works well most of the time.Someone on ipace forum had this issue. I had to ask why you would be plugging in the morning?

Jealous of the auto warm up cycle on my wife’s mini. Her entire car is defrosted when I get out to mine that is completely frozen. Colleagues have told me about it, but it’s something to behold on these cold mornings.
I had the displeasure of have to put fuel in a car for the first time in ages, in the freezing cold. The pump handle was freezing and I had to stand there while the icecold wind whipped through the forecourt, I was unimpressed to say the least and realised how many people have yet to be blessed with ability to re-fuel on the drive at home and not put up with that horrid experience.

so I guess Mokka won't either, another plus for ID3... was looking at trying powerline internet adapter to get wifi into garage if I get a larger 32a charger cable pulled,Pug on the other hand is winding me up - the app is just trash. I wish the car could connect to WiFi for reliable connectivity/remote heating.

All those googling hours and you are unaware of combined power data cables? The mind boggles.so I guess Mokka won't either, another plus for ID3... was looking at trying powerline internet adapter to get wifi into garage if I get a larger 32a charger cable pulled,
(adjacent armoured IP cable probably impractical, and combined cable seems not to exist ) another gotcha to consider in purchase.
You need a a cable to a charger to be able to give WiFi to the charger ? Why when you have a cable? Also why does a car need WiFi?ok I'll look further hadn't found armoured 32a sub-terrain cables with cat5 (to give wifi to charger and car)
e: existing (too small 2.5) cable goes through a conduit so maybe armoured is not essential
we have poor mobile signal (so have a more basic problem than those with earlier vodaphone dropouts) a car that connects to wifi is thus essential (for app based preheat)ou need a a cable to a charger to be able to give WiFi to the charger ? Why when you have a cable? Also why does a car need WiFi?
Just run a 6mm cable and be done with it
Yeah I think 15k might be worth it. Can stick 900 away just in case.Don’t over estimate miles. Costs money you cant get back. Underestimate and you can always pay the mileage if over. (Assuming sensible rate )
Lot of money for doing 20k miles in 3yrs. Maybe they will offer a year extension on existing ?
