I use spell check :p

But if it's a word I've just typo'd and still in the process of typing out I will arrow-key to it, else I'll finish typing and then mouse to it.
 
I was at one user's computer today (GP Deployment to upgrade Adobe CS4 to CS5.5 didn't work, so I had to go install it manually) and their keyboard had the Caps Lock key had been removed... I queried it with them (company property y0!) and "I find I accidentally press Caps Lock, and then end up typing a whole paragraph like it before I look up at the screen and notice".

Learn to touchtype people!
