a lorry cab is in all honesty the last place I'd want to be sat on a ferry, particularly the very edge of a ferry by the looks of it.

My ex used to live right next to the woolwich ferry terminal on the south side. Absolute hole of a place is woolwich

Northbound it - Blackwall - has a 13' 3" height limit, my trailer yesterday was 14' 11"......

So how high do the winds need to get before you are banned from the Woolwich Ferry? I'm guessing in high winds the ferry is stopped anyway.

I have never known the ferry to not run due to high wind - sometimes the Humber Bridge and Dartford bridges (QEII) are shut sue to high winds.

You usually have an idea its a bit bad when you see your trailer lifting in your mirrors! :eek:
