Where is your gaming PC located?

Always have it in the bedroom. While I don't currently have a spare room, I've thought about the gaming room that everyone seems to be doing now. I think I'd feel too disconnected from my family. If I had a game room, I'd make it a cinema room also with a sofa.

On my office desk about 2ft away so it has to be silent (which is costly components wise when only using air!). Ultra Silent PSU alone cost £249.95 !!!

Air cooling in silence is addictive once you start you keep replacing the next noisiest component!

I pretty much never hear my PSU - it runs passive upto about 250 watt load and the fan barely comes on at normal gaming loads - at the time was nowhere near £250 though price has crept up to near £200 now.

EDIT: Ah the 1050 means it can run passive to double the load mine can - somewhat tempted by that avenue in the future though I've not heard mine so far heh.

Mine is in my 'Dining Room' which has become a Dining Room/Home office for me. With both my PC and iMac on a large desk.

In my lounge. Used to have my own games room but in a few weeks time that will be my daughters room!

The Mrs rages regularly about my mechanical keyboard :(

In.my living room but soon to be gone,I have the space but don't need the gaming machine anymore, looking to get a laptop.

got 2 in the front room each side of the fireplace ..55inch on the wall and two very comfy recliners against the back wall ..
it's our room now the kids have grown up (25+).. we both work hard and game .. it's great :)

I got that abuse also. I have the blue switches on my keyboard too which are likely the loudest out there - I picked up the o'rings that OCUK sell and that helped a bit - it took the 'hammer' out of the key depresses and now it's more just the clicks that make the noise. I think the fact that she seen me sitting for 2 hours putting on the damn things to each individual key afforded me some grace in her eyes and she appreciated the effort I went to try and reduce the noise...
