Unless the sarcasm has gone well over my head, ive heard it happening before, unless again, the jobs not been done properly first time, although I do know the mechanic who its happened to and his workmanship is generally very good.Two?!? That's unheard of... especially on a '98 car. I'm going to say it wasn't done properly the first time.
