Where to look for cars for sale

I think Fox is referring to the MG badge (i.e. hiding the fact it's a Rover).

Yet, if you think about it... the MG badge is similar to the Mx range of cars from BMW... a performance variant if you will.

It was never a secret that Rover and MG were the same company.

edit... beaten by the man himself. At least I was on the right lines though :D

I actually dont mind my girlfriends 400. It's reasonably well put together for a 98 Escort/Astra rival and it's been pretty reliable.

Would you beleive its had two headgaskets though :D

That's easily done.

She can be a named driver on the 530.

Good god man!! I cant think of a girl id let lose with my pride and joy! double that if i had a 530 and then a girl who has zero intrest in cars.

She wants a TT but for all the wrong reasons. I give up car wise. If I cant convince her she needs a Mondeo, nobody can.

True lol

 Two?!? That's unheard of... especially on a '98 car. I'm going to say it wasn't done properly the first time.

But I agree with you, (most) girls + cars = :(

Unless the sarcasm has gone well over my head, ive heard it happening before, unless again, the jobs not been done properly first time, although I do know the mechanic who its happened to and his workmanship is generally very good.
