Where's all the HDR games?

Just to confuse people even more, I have question. We have established there isn't any HDR monitors yet, and 4K takes a lot GPU grunt (and money), now I game from my sofa on the living room TV, my PC is nowhere near 4K level of gaming. But I'm looking at buying a large 4K TV (not just for gaming), my question is, once devs start patching in HDR into there games, could I use HDR in 1080p 1440p on a 4K screen? I can't see any reason why not

Trouble is, if using a 4K HDTV HDR as your pc monitor, there laggy as hell compared to a dedicated PC monitor, think the best are around 30ms ? and most oled like 50/70ms, except the LG with a firmware update at around 27ms i think, and a lot of these screens turn off HDR when gaming mode enabled, wish these tv manufactures would make a dedicated tv/pc monitor, surely they all know most households have some sort of console/pc connected to them.

30ms is hardly laggy as hell!

50-70ms is definitely noticeable though.

An Xbox One wireless controller has input lag of around 60ms
