Which 1080Ti

Is it a keeper for you tho....?

hopefully my Xtreme 1080Ti, when it turns up today, should be fine.

I do not have any coil wine, and the card is quiet until it hits 73% fan speed.
Which is NEVER even overclocked when gaming, except when benching and needs that bit extra to break numbers.
Here are my gaming settings and fan profile and believe me works great :)

The card is usually hovering between 2000-2025 and is silent. (around 58% fan speed all time).

Auros X was delivered 20 minutes ago, it's a beauty but was very very frustrating trying to screw the back bracket onto my Stryker, the screw kept failing to get in the hole and kept falling down under the card, took me a few attempts and plenty of swearing to get it in.

And I thought was my case that has issue, hahahahahhahahaha

Yeah was easy to screw it the moment after I put a cable tie on the hole to keep it in place until the first screw was in. The it was a easy to fit the second one.

I never thought of doing it that way, definitely a job for 3 hands not 2 though, I think when comes to the monthly clean I'll wait until I've got someone to assist me getting it back in place lol

Mine arrived and I was surprised at its weight compared to my 1070GTX....

.....good job I have a damn expensive GPU support arm.

Seems very quiet as well :)

With no software OC it runs the GPU core at 2012mhz when running a game.

Having gone from a 390 to the Aorus I was pleasantly surprised by just how quiet the thing is, my case fans make more noise than the GPU now whereas my 390 was like a jet engine (aggressive profile by choice to keep it below 70 degrees)

The card holder is actually not a bad look in the case

I need to work on cable management a bit better though and do something about that absolutely hideous grey IDE style cable from ages old but ever reliable xfi fatality

Thats a brilliant idea. Mine has support the 120mm fan which is cooling the M2s.
And as wrote few pages back, is bigger and heavier than the 295X2 including the AIO. And everyone here joked about the sheer size of that card and it's weight as efficient door stopper :P

Also outweighs the FuryX it replaced also, with the AIO :P
Gigabyte has made a very beautiful card, with an amazingly efficient and quiet cooler. It worth every penny.

Yeah. The card is almost silent until it hits 73% fan speed, but it never does so, even with more aggressive fan profile than the stock one.
I have mine with the settings posted above. Just power limit and that fan profile. It always works at around 2025, 63C and 58% fan speed.
So quiet and powerful... and first NV card without coil whine also.

Just registered the Xtreme card and got the fourth year warranty. Doubt I'll have the card for that but who knows..?!
