Which, 256GB SSD should I purchase?

Samsung

MZ-7TE250BW or MZ-7PD256BW

Please recommend.

Between the MZ-7PD256BW & MZ-7PD256BW, I'd choose MZ-7PD256BW, though maybe the MZ-7PD256BW instead.

The 840 EVO is based on TLC flash, the 840 Pro is based on MLC flash. The Pro's flash will last longer, though that's rather academic, as even the EVO could last for many decades with average use. The Pro performs better in certain environments, though I'd suggest the EVO as it's excellent value.

The 256 Pro is marginally better than the 250 Evo, but if they're is much difference in price I would just go for the Evo.
