which 670?

Overclocks on the 670 series are like a lottery tbh, i got pretty lucky with my windforce, clocks to +130 on core, memory at +770, clock speeds in heaven of 1320mhz, 7586mhz. Heaven stable, but i back both down 10mhz for games and havent had a problem yet.

That is crazy considering my original card needed 1.21v to get 1300 core and even then, max memory was 400 odd.

My second boosts higher than my first, really want to get it underwater too!

My card is now 100% stable. I had to reign in the memory boost abit to 7008MHz but that's still good. Time to play some games :D

Out of interest mikeo, how did your PE clock?

Max stock boost is 1163MHz... a lot of other folks seem to get more (just luck of the draw).

I can add another 80MHz giving 1243MHz. Above this I need to add extra voltage. Only tried +100MHz giving 1263MHz (with +30mV). Not tried it any higher yet. Might have a go at some point. Memory at +300, hence giving 6600MHz. Temps not a problem for me, as it's always pretty cold up here. Even OCed I've never seen it go above 60C in games. Only OCCT (testing app) pushes it to 65C.

Currently running at stock, as nothing I'm playing requires any more juice (so to speak).

If I'm honest with myself, I'm not that interested in pushing it to the max (other than out of interest). Mainly bought it for the good reviews and previous experience with other MSI cards (460 Hawk and 580 TF), all of which have run faultlessly. Plus runs cool and quiet.

Just happy when I get a new graphics card and find it runs with no problems (not a single BSOD or other issue here) and no coil whine etc. I've had more than my fair share of issues over the years with cards not running stable at stock (EG. Gigabyte 580 GTX OC), memory issues (7900 GS), or coil whine (can't remember which card that was.... though the Gigabyte 580 suffered a little bit with this as well!).
