not ideal but at least didn't spend 000's more.

I have a old GPU so it's to the point the system is unusable for any newer games...if I wait forever then just wasted money on the ryzen 7 upgrade

Fair enough. i'm not in any real rush as i have a 4070 (which to be honest plays everything i throw at it just fine), and i like a bargain. The 9070 XT would be a nice upgrade, but i don't REALLY need it.

I'll likely just see if the £569 prices come back soon. Happy to wait.

I do like the PURE though. Probably the best looking card to match my case.

I am going for the Sapphire Nitro Plus 9070XT. The rest of my rig has RGB and this has the ARGB strip. The build quality looks good on this version to. Metal backplate, not cheap plastic crap.

yup with 4070 you'll get maybe 50% improvement. So not worth it unless for odd game where it's < 40fps leave it until games are unplayable then do a upgrade.

My existing GPU is AMD 480 8GB ( a GPU from 2016) For some games it's fine like war thunder, but these are unplayable at any setting or just refuse to open
