Which Chocolate bars do you miss?

Oh my god!

I searched Cadbury on Iceland website and browsed through all sweets then 4 pages later I found...

https://www.iceland.co.uk/p/cadbury-dream-with-oreo-170g/100526.html?start=0

HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM I will go to iceland on Monday to see if they got Cadbury Dream with Oreo, if they got it in stock then I will get 3 bars to eat and I am in heaven. :D

Their products haven't been as nice ever since it was taken over by an American corporation. Then they dropped milk as an ingredient in a lot of their chocolate lol.

Sales are way down in the UK.

Thats probably why...

I use to love their dairy milk - while not technically a chocolate bar it was lovely and the fruit and nut was amazing.

The lack of milk in a milk bar is just so bad, also the raisins have gone and replaced with sultanas due increase profit margin. You’d think they’d learn the lesson from new coke but hey ho.

I hope it continues to plummet and sales continue to go right down.

Give it to Hotel Chocolate instead, unless they already have a Royal warrant?

Mars family bought them out this year. Expect it to be very similar if not the exact same product as mars likely won’t do anything too dramatic or haven’t so far.

Wagon Wheels. Not a chocolate bar, more a way of life.

advert: hey! do you like this cake-shaped treat although for tax purposes it is probably still a sweet for avoidance reasons?
10 yo me: I sure do!
advert: eat them until you are sick!
10 yo me: OKAY

Dark Choclate Mars Bars!

Straight from the freezer

There was a chippie on Morningside Road (Edinburgh) in 1993 who claimed they were the first to deep fry a dark chocolate Mars Bar* (an outlandish claim but perhaps true).

* others had done this before but only with the standard bar, not the dark chocolate which apparently cried havoc with the fryers.

God bless the jocks!
