Which Computer set up is better? Please Help!

For the setup you've posted you don't need a 850w PSU, 650w is fine. But this does change if you intended to get a 2nd 1080ti.

This PSU is reviewed incredibly well. It has a 10 year warranty, is currently reduced in price and is fully modular for easy cable management.

An alternative CPU cooler that performs about the same thermally but is quieter and much cheaper, is the Noctua NH-D15, which comes with a 6 year warranty. An added benefit of air coolers is that they can't leak cooling liquid and destroy your PC. This is very unlikely to happen with an AIO, but is possible.

For gaming you don't need 32GB of RAM, 16GB is plenty. For 3600mhz v 3200mhz there are diminishing returns, with most recommending 3200mhz as the best price v performance. But, on OCuk there is only a £20 difference between 3200mhz and a nice set of 3600mhz Samsung B-die RAM (B-die allows for easier/better overclocking and lower CAS latencies).

The GPU you've chosen is a very well reviewed model, so no issues there. You could start looking at how important customer support and RMA procedures are for you. For example, I don't think MSI has a UK RMA centre, but EVGA, Gigabyte and KFA2 do. This would mean much faster turn-around times if your GPU did develop a fault. EVGA are usually seen as having the best customer service in the industry, and do allow you to extend the warranty for many years beyond the standard 3.

So, this is what I want to buy :)

Processor: Intel® Core i7 8700K 3.7GHz Processor

Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 PC4-28800 3600MHz Dual Channel Kit - I'm not sure about this one, also thinking about - Corsair Vengeance LED Red 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit (I really want to buy 32gb)

Hard Drive: Samsung 960 EVO 500GB NVME M.2 SSD

Hard Drive 2: Seagate Barracuda 3TB HDD (64MB Cache)

Graphics Card: MSI GTX 1080 Ti GAMING X 11G Graphics Card

Optical Drive: 24x DVD Writer - TBC

PSU: Corsair RM850X (850W) 80 PLUS Gold Fully-Modular PSU

Case: NZXT H440 White + Black Mid Tower Case - Windowed

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming 7 Motherboard

Cooling: Corsair Hydro Series H115i Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

Operating System: Windows 10 for high end devices

What do you think guys? ;<

That's what you want??? Or this what you got...
You said " I spent this beautiful Saturday for assembling something which is good enough to fulfil with my expectetion and a lot cheaper."

Make sure the DVD writer is external USB not internal, because the H440 case doesn't have optical bays.

It won't be the ideal case for 2 x 1080Ti, so may as well drop to 650W PSU (Seasonic Focus Plus Gold is a steal just now from OcUK). You'd want a higher airflow case for 2 x 1080Tis.

TBH,you don't need 32GB for a gaming rig,as 16GB should be enough. Also, for the price you are paying for 500GB for storage,I would probably go for a SATA3 SSD,which is around 1TB. 500GB is OKish in size but games are getting larger and larger in size.

Also, one of the cheaper Asus ROG Z370 boards should be fine:

Even the much cheaper Z370 AORUS Ultra Gaming would be fine it appears:
