Why you sad Gillybuns?

Hot = hot roads = hot tyres = more grip = more speed = more fun :D

but it also = hotter air = less efficient engine = less power = slower = less fun :(

I prefer too cold for most things, but when it comes to exercise, too hot. my chest cannot stand having cold air forced into it when it needs oxygen. Same, my legs just don't work for running / cycling in british winters, i could never be a footy player. WHY ON EARTH do sports centres skimp on heating too, the gym has been too cold for my liking for basketball recently as well :|

Gotta please the masses. I reckon 99% of people, if not more, would at least want it cold when doing strenuous exercise even if they've voted warm in this poll.

no it's not a case of it being nice cold, it's a case of it being icey cold because they are skimping on heating...nearly breathe-out-and-see-your-breath type cold :) People having to wear hoodies to warm up in as well as the warm up top.

Agreed. The body will warm up enough if you're exercising hard enough and if it's too warm you'll just get lethargic. That's coming from someone that voted 'hot' on the poll as well! I'd take hot over cold simply because my hands and feet turn to rock as soon as it gets a bit nippy. Has to be cold in the gym though without doubt.

I see where you're coming from on the cold point, but there is a certain point :p quite often the gyms we play in when not at home are far far too cold. Sometimes no matter how hard i play / train, i dont ever actually warm up, just sweat cold.

BAD IS COLD?
:D

For overclocking and generally working/gaming it has to be too cold because I can just turn the heater on to get the temp right. Then again cold weather makes me depressed, and I don't feel like waking up in the mornings.

Too warm for going out
