Belmit said:Agreed. The body will warm up enough if you're exercising hard enough and if it's too warm you'll just get lethargic. That's coming from someone that voted 'hot' on the poll as well! I'd take hot over cold simply because my hands and feet turn to rock as soon as it gets a bit nippy. Has to be cold in the gym though without doubt.
