Which guitar amp

I stand corrected. I just looked at the main page on vox for the AD60. Downloaded the manual, although it is a bit confusing as at the start of the manual it says that the power output stage is powered by a 12ax7 - but at the end of the manual it says the 12ax7 is a preamp valve!! Anyway there is a bit of a price difference between the old 60watt and a new 50watt so i might just go with the newer model
 
there is a reason for the difference in price. you get a crap load more storage for different programs on the older ones, and quite a few different sounds iirc. and different modulation effects. all of the effects are pretty good too!
 
hopefully it'll go for over the £500 which is the top of your estimate, but I have a Mesa Boogie F30 on that auction site which is just awesome. :)
 
Well, had my Mode Four delivered this morning.. had to rush home at lunchtime and have a quick play :D



Very pleased with it, not a light rig though :eek: The above picture also shows my DXMG, just waiting for my ESP DV8-R to be delivered tomorrow and I'll be as happy as a pig in shi.. er, really chuffed ;)
