which is better 8mb or 16mb cache

hi,

i am just going order a new hard drive and wanted to know if its worth paying more for a drive that has 16mb of cache instead of 8mb

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 200GB ST3200820AS SATA-II 8MB Cache
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB ST3250620AS SATA-II 16MB Cache

I think the 16mb's are quiter as well

Oh most deffo!! I'm guessing that the drives are going to be used as storage drives?

I have a 36GB raptor and a 250GB WD drive and it's always the latter that is faster and smoother. The first drive has 8mb cache and the second 16mb.
