I'd get this

Thats what id go for if choosing DDR2 but hes decided on DDR3 (all i advised is not to spend too much on DDR2 (4GB is enough, 8/16gb is overkill) with DDR3 set to take over, its investing dead money)

Ideally id want 1600mhz or more but after having a quick read, the board you've got only supports 1333mhz & a lot of people are having problems with ram http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=191848

Just go with the cheapest half decent 4gb kits you can get no point splashing out with x58 and triple Kit ddr3 round the corner.
You'd be looking to upgrade around jan-march.

That was my first choice but i wasn't sure if they was compatible with the mobo,But after checking out the asus website too for compatability,That ram stick is on the "QVL" list. Thx very much for the help all,Much appreciated
