which SFIV character do you use?

Was Ken years ago in the arcade, moved onto Akuma on SF4 release. Went back to Ken a few weeks back and have recentley moved onto Sagat. Suits my new turtling playstyle down to a T.

Boxer ('Rog) will be getting the lovin' when I eventually get a stick. Charge on a pad = :@ !

after reading all this i fancy a go with Akuma but have read conflicting things regarding how to unlock him, do you have to complete arcade mode using someone you have already completed it with and get 2 perfects followed by 2 ultra finishes?

sounds like a good challenge :p - but is it right before i put my crosshair on it?

You also need to get a good number of 'First Attacks'. :)

Edit: and have already unlocked fei long, sakura, rose, dan, cammy and gen

... so:

• get in a "good number" of first attacks
• use someone who has already completed the arcade mode
• get 2 perfects
• get 2 ultra finishes

is it just me or does that seem like a really convoluted way to unlock a character? how on earth would you ever find that out on your own?

Sagat mainly, and sometimes Ken.

Occasionally have a mess around with some other characters, I'm liking Zangief atm and might try make him my second.

Akuma has always been a favourite but I find him extremely hard to use in SF4, and I've very rarely come across 'good' Akuma players, but when you do come across someone who can make full use off all his moves with a few combo's thrown in for good measure, he's an awesome character. Plus you have to have perfect timing to catch someone with his ultra, it's normally one of the easiest ones to dodge.

I know, but I suppose there is a good chance you would get that accidentally ;)

I would be a bit more specific but the website I got the full conditions from is blocked at work (capcom blog) :( You may have to do it withuot using any contiues aswell...?
