No. You were banned for trading, turning a profit by selling items for more than you paid which is obviously against the rules :rolleyes:. As it states "The Members Market are for the use of private individuals to buy and sell their own personal property. Commercial Trading, i.e. buying and selling of items specifically for profit, is strictly prohibited."

This isn't what he is doing, he is buying two so he can get a cheaper price and if he deems that one is enough he can sell the other for around half what he paid. As long as he lists it for half of what he paid or less, I don't see that there will be a problem. People are making a saving and he isn't make a profit.
 
whats the difference there? i bought the bundles i was selling then was overclocking them and selling them still less then what standard retail items were selling for

still same as hes doing, buying them to sell to make his money back

Firstly, it won't be for profit. I'll be selling one for the same price I'll be paying for the other. Secondly, if it's not allowed, no problem at all, I won't do it.

So you bought bundles, overclocked them, and then sold them for:
a) what you paid for them
or
b) profit

If it's a), why did you do it? If it's b), that's making a profit, and not allowed.

Right back on topic, my suggestion would be to shop around at this time of year you might find something in the sales and many sites including OcUK are offering voucher codes etc.

Anyways, I bit the bullet and bought 2 M4's :D ( £256) If I don't need or want the other I'll sell it on the MM for half that price plus the del so other people are still making a saving.
