Which Thermal paste

I have a Lenovo y740 i7 9750h and a RTX 2060. I re-pasted the laptop 2 months ago with kryonaut. Before re-paste in bf5 temp were 78-80C for GPU(1400-1450Mhz) and 90-95 for CPU and throttling back to 3.3-3.4 Ghz....hence the GPU was sometimes at around 80-85 % usage. After repasting..the temps were 86-88C CPU at around 3.7-3.8Ghz and the GPU 75-76C(1500-1600Mhz). All was good until i saw that the cpu was again throttling back to 3.3-3.4 and going to 90-93C. So apparently the ThermalGrizzly Kryonaut was pumped out in no more than 2 months of average use. I opened my laptop again and i saw that the paste was almost missing from the CPU side...and also changed color in some places, became a bit dark, maybe oxidized, don't really know what happened there. Cleaned everything with isopropil and used Noctua NT-H2. Temps are identical to Kryonaut when it was new...even a bit better...the cpu sometimes goes to 3.9 sometimes in bf5, but only for a half a second or so every now and then. I will let you know how long Noctua will perform good....i tend to trust Noctua more tha TG.
I guess it's true that kryonaut is not really that good when it comes to temps higher that 80C. I think it becomes too liquid and comes out from between the cpu and cooler. Also it was quite dry.
