Some sockets are more forgiving, but my Aorus Z390 Pro really hates any hint of disorder in its neat pin garden. And I keep promising myself not to replace CPUs without a good night's sleep, not before my second coffee and not after my sixth, not when angry or frustrated or just hurried about something, like only total zen or else not touching any freaking pin socket. Easier said than done. The mobo + CPU had actually waited a couple of months for me to feel ready… after returning from RMA after I bent a pin or five the last time. Seems I'm on a roll. This is so frustrating.
