XSPC Rasa CPU block its the best out there. You will get the highest flow rate and very good temp.

There is very little between the the top performing blocks so go on looks. Personally I'd match your gpu block And get the ek supreme hf nickel plexi or my own favourite and what I used on my build ek supreme hf full nickel.

No point of spending silly money on the cuplex kryos XT when it's only 0.3c difference.

ek supreme hf, swiftech xt & Watercool Heatkiller are all very good blocks.
If you pick any of these you will be on to a winner.

EK Supreme HF (either nickel or copper there is no difference performance wise) or the the EK Supreme FULL Nickel which has a few C over the standard HF, looks very bling aswell.

If funds are tight the LT blocks are also good. To be honest EK have the CPU block range nailed, all of them are fantastic.
