My mate stirs his tea with his whole arm, instead of just you know... swiveling his wrist a bit? It annoys me

Perhaps he has RSI. That is a more ergonomical way to do it

Depends which hand I'm using. If its the left, then clockwise. If it's the right then anticlockwise. It's always 'Inwards'.

When I make (instant) coffee at work, I don't use a spoon. A bit of cold water in my mug, sprinkle coffee from the jar, sprinkle coffee whitener from the jar, add hot water. It means the teaspoons that are in the canteen don't go near my coffee.
