I totally agree with this. If I overheat, I just can't sleep.

I'm the same, I find it keeps me awake, my brain never filters the noise....white noise, fans and such keeps me awake. whereas with nothing i sleep within 10 minutes of getting into bed usually

really surprised brainwave binaural sound patterns haven't become more popular, they're incredible. software generates presets of binaural sound which sends the brain into different states. i found the sleep preset to work nicely, plus theres a couple of user-submitted presets that may help.
