Who are you voting for on Thursday?

The Tories did very well in the council elections, although they didn't reach the magic 40% mark their vote distribution was very good. There's no point buiding up votes in safe areas of the southeast, elections are won in the key marginal seats of the midlands and north west - where they took control of all county councils and also the southwest from the Lib Dems.

I never vote, they are all as bad as each other with their promises of this and that. They all only ever deliver on a few of what they promised. They all give on one hand and take on the other so your never better off. It doesnt matter who gets voted in as they all mess the country up in some way shape or form.

With less of a vote than they have previously received in 2004, the clear lack of labour voters turning up is working in the favour of the racists. nothing else.

Sad day, because now some people will consider they have legitimacy and aren't just a bunch of racist thugs hiding behind suits.

At least their vote percentage is still insignificant.
Put it this way, in a 'perfect storm' election conditions, recessionary economy, unemployment, furore over MPs expenses, in an election which is traditionally used for 'protest voting' through small parties - the BNP increased their vote by a massive ~3%

6000 votes less than last year, it really does just look like labour voters just aren't turning out. labour voters disenfranchised with politics et al? or just less voters across the board turning out?

personally i'm glad UKIP are ahead of labour ATM (vote wise if only equal in seats)

It looks like for the most part much less of a labour turn out, but still with a dip in general across the board.

Christ did anyone else just see that short bio of the first BNP MEP? he sounds "pleasant" :(

But you know that the majority really supports them... :D
