Who do I report this to?

You seem to know a lot about contracts seeing as you can't sort your own out.

Stop working in a dodgy backstreet phone shop for a dodgy owner and this **** will stop happening to you.

In which case hits email may, depending on how ours worded, be evidence of a contract. You may be able to use this in small claims court proceedings. Presumably you are declaring the extra income to the island revenue and nothing to hide. In which case you could proceed with a claim and let a judge decide.

He Expected that i would now be an Ex-Employee (Yea right), But is willing to meet myself and my boss at a location specified by my boss.

He says he has done some research into trading standards and because there was no written agreement between myself and his daughter it means that there was no service provided and thus he has no reason to pay for it. (so the ipad was fixed by magic yea?)

So... Seems he simply wanted me to get in trouble and get a free repair.

I have asked my boss to reply with a date and time for next week, and to ask that he brings the ipad for inspection by my boss. If he doesn't play ball i will simply grab the ipad and leave the meeting place with it until he pays for the repair. I have spoken to a solicitor and they have advised that I'm well within my rights to remove the screen i fitted if he is refusing to pay. and that's what i will do if i get my hands on it. :)

So screw all you GD pitchfork holders. :P

If this was an episode of some crappy TV show I'd probably roll my eyes.

Apparently, this is a course of action which you are going to undertake in real life so you make sure to keep us up to date with how this works out positively for you champ!

Decided if he shows be ipad yet refuses to pay I will simply smash it's screen so that he will have to pay someone for a repair.
I don't mind breaking the screen I fitted one bit :)

Well if he won't pay for the repair, why should he be allowed to keep it? May aswell have it back to the state before repair.

I recommend before you go to this meeting you daub the word 'HELP' in poo on your bedroom wall. Then, when it all goes pear-shaped at the meeting, you can use the insanity defence in court.

How would you feel if after you smashed the screen, he then decided to smash your face in just for the lulz??. Would you mind then??

These are just wild ranting ideas lol. Of course I wouldn't actually steal it or break it. I would try and convince him to pay what he owes without any violence or damage caused to any device
