Who else orders too much pizza?

I got a bogof dominoes last night :D
did a 20mile bike ride so figured I had earned it and hadn't eaten all day so probably needed around 3k calories to meet my daily requirement anyway.

Eat half of each yesterday and finishing the rest today after another 6mile bike ride I shouldn't have gone on because I can barely lift one of my legs lol

BTW I got chicken feast (chicken ,sweet corn & mushrooms) and a pepperoni passion

chicken feast tasted better cold out of the fridge than the pepperoni one did

I hadn't had a take-away pizza for years until a few months ago. I ordered some Texan Feast thing for £11.99 from Dominoes. Said medium but for whatever reason the guy said a large was the same price so I said I'll have a large then. Had about two slices left out of 13 and was completely stuffed. Must be a fat persons dream going there every week. The garlic sauce was absolutely divine though. :D
 
Our dominos is always £6.99 for any size pizza when collected so we are forever going there when we can't be bothered cooking. Its just too damn nice.
 
have fond memories of the 90's pizza hut £5 all you can eat buffet for lunch in leamington, good god gained sooo much weight. sure is tasty but it's still only just cheese on toast.
 
I order small pizzas. can only just finish a medium and afterwards i feel terrible. small fills me up and i don't feel like an ass afterwards.

Saves me money too.
 
Pizzahut have mailed me a large pizza for £7 deal. Will start that diet another day.
 
I used to, when I lived near a woodfired place.

Now I just knock up a pizza in the oven with a cast iron slab instead. Better than any pizza place round here and quicker than a deliver.

That is unless I'm drunk. Then give me 2 massive pizzas and a tonne of sides. Maybe some icecream for breakfast.

only an idiot orders when it's not BOGOF and then the mnost expensive pizza is what 16.99?

Yeah but what's the qaulity like, plenty of places do pizza and chips for £6 and these pizzas I try and avoid when drunk.
Dominos although not really a pizza in the traditional sense at least tastes nice. But the deals mean you do spend an insane amount and have far to much food unless there's a few of you.

yea cheap pizza usualy means crap bases and crap toppings with crap sauce.

I once ordered a bolognese pizza from a local.... and it was absolutely awful...

there is one local takeaway in newcastle with a good rep (freds) but whilst they are pretty nice they don't compare to dominos or papa johns.

I've never tried a proper authentic italian pizza restaraunt so don't know how they compare but I have made my own from scratch including the base many times and it tastes much better than dominos etc does and probably costs 1/3 of the price but it's a right hassle

You can just order on the phone and say you have a 50% off voucher and get the same. Never ever failed so far.

I don't rate dominos at all, would rather have a heavily topped one from the asda deli, far nicer and for what.. £4 max?
