There's a rough guide, I'm sure you can get it cheaper elsewhere but it gives you an idea. You may want to consider having the oil pump replaced for an uprated one when having the cambelt done. Not a necessity, but nice for piece of mind.
Hitting around 350bhp is a bit harder than it sounds, aim for 340bhp and you won't be disappointed

Decat down pipe (PPP has a sports cat already)
Decat centre section (PPP has decat already)
Decent long centre section and backbox (Prodrive is known to be a bit restrictive)
Decent panel filter
Good remap
I would maybe consider just getting the car mapped as it is, and you may well be happy enough with the results.
No worries. I'm just in the process of making my next round of (very minor) modifications and am hoping to get a map tweak soon. The changes I make may not even make a difference, but worth a go. Will share my results and changes once they've been made
If you want them on display then I would build the sub into the spare wheel well and then have some sort of false floor to hold on the subs on to. Could take a bit of effort though.
