Wasn’t that down to a 32bit memory limitation/issue. Pretty sure I remember Chris Taylor talking about it in an interview.I used to love SC:FA but I fell out of love with it because there was a bug where the game would slow to a crawl as more and more units were created. Something to do with the engine not being designed for multi core CPUs so even with a fast PC, every game would end up essentially being played in slow motion. Did FAF fix that? If so I'd probably give it a try. Still got my DVDs somewhere but probably easier just to buy a digital copy.
