Used to skip breaky all the time. But now I make sure I sit and eat with the family - has definitely helped me find a better balance in my diet and daily food intake...

I love food too much hence why I spend my day eating!
In fact a few weekends ago I had:
Pain au chocolat
Croissant
5 egg scrambled with a pack of lardons
Fresh fruit juice
Large Bowl of muesli with jersey gold top milk
some fruits
over 1200 cals right there!
I was in heaven!![]()

Alpen (fruity version) with natural yoghurt and banana, nothing better.
