I could only find FOV for on foot?
Agreed. It is poor an area like that couldve done with a lot more attention.

Ive decided Im going to try FP on foot and all driving in third person.
There is a cool setting where it remembers what view you use for on foot and driving and different situations to suit the player.
Also I heard its good to turn of head bob to make things smoother.

Everything is the same as the 360 version. Missions, races all the same. I am talking about online.

No, they literally took the PS3/360 version, cloned the disc to new blu-rays, then popped them in new cases and sent them out

Can you actually use the new sub to collect the nuclear waste with then? I have not unlocked it yet.
1000s of new animations, improved lighting, DoF, new songs, some new cars and weapons, new animals added (to singleplayer, supposedly coming to multiplayer at some point), improved character creation (for Online), and heists are meant to be coming with the first DLC update 'soon'
The game you bought is called Grand Theft Auto V, not Grand Theft Auto Online. Online is just a part of it, maybe you should play the whole game before jumping to conclusions. And even in online mode, it clearly isn't the same, your character appearance is simple evidence of that.
I have finished the game on the 360, i don't need to do that again. I bought it for the online as i thought there would be loads more things.... Don't get me wrong, i think GTA is one of the best games to ever come out. Just that this one feel the exact same as the 360 version to me except for the 30 man servers. All the missions are the same from what i have looked at. Was genuinely asking what had changed, didn't expect people to get offended by it lol...

Having never played GTA5 before im absolutely loving the game, havent done a single mission yet tho 
.
Couple of questions i have tho which people may be able to help with.
1. I seem to get in to fights with pretty much everyone just by looking at them, its not intentional im just casually walking along and when i stop to have a look at someone they start a fight with me. If i look at a cop i get arrested.
Is this normal? is there a taunt button or something im hitting by mistake? Ive noticed you can give the finger while driving and dunno if im doing something similar when looking at people.
2. Anyway to change the location of the UI elements? When im driving it annoys me that the map in the bottom left blocks the wing mirror view

Are you walking round with a weapon armed? If so switch to unarmed/fists and that should stop the cops from arresting you

Most people who have double dipped with this have done so for the much improved visuals, 1080p, First Person mode and the difference this makes, plus the fact that the world is awesome.
All the while fully aware that it was the same game underneath it all
