Level 100 is when you get RPG !
I'm at 97, it takes a lot of grinding for RP to level up after level 70.
It has taken me an age to get up to 65, can't wait for the even bigger grind ahead.
I really want that RPG!

They are, I believe I read in the IGN interview it required 12 or higher.

My character had its stats reset too at level 38, everything zeroed....yet at that point I had billions in the bank! I had to level up again from scratch, would be higher by now and have that mini gun and the tank.
These days I do quick contact missions to level up. Most of them are just go kill someone and deliver a car. 10min job, minimal ammo required and half the time someone would get it done by themselves as you don't need 4 people to drive 2 cars.

We need more OcUK players online on the PS4, hopefully heists will draw people back in
I'll buy this on the PS4 after the new year. I'm going to finish the campaign before doing MP as playing MP ruined the campaign on the 360 for me.
As for heists - I'm sure I'm not the only person that thinks they purposely didn't put them in the last gen versions of the game because they wanted to sell new gen versions as well? Somebody has probably said a similar thing in here already!

Will anything carry over if I get the PS4 version? I literally got every ounce out of the single player on the PS3 version. Are the trophies retroactive? Will I be able to use my save from the PS3?

You can transfer online character only. That data is saved on R* social club.
Single player will remain in PS3 and you will start afresh on PS4 in single player. So the question you have to ask is how desperate are you playing the game online with better graphic?

I love the single player of this game but I really struggle to get in to the multiplayer. It just feels like too much downtime. I seem to spend more time on loading screens than doing anything? Am I doing something wrong or does anyone else feel the same?

It will never be instantaneous and I know what you mean but 16 people having a fist fight in the prison grounds was one of the funniest gaming moments i've ever had........ Then I got hit by a prison bus!
