And was also aware of and saw first hand the thousands of people (many of which were Jews) who suffered and died while manufacturing his V2 rockets in what were essentially forced labour camps, and was perfectly fine with it. The man shouldn't be anyone's favourite.

I was simply pointing out why someone may think he is a great scientist. I was not making a judgement on his politics or his actions during the war, I do not know enough about the man other than why his was considered the best rocket scientist of the space age....
I will watch the documentary Dimple, I assume it available on utube or somewhere?
