Who makes the best donuts?

Me, although it's not very convenient.

Most doughs are flavourless and rubbish. Especially Krispy ones, they rely on toppings and fillings.

I swear by a mash Potato based dough.

Errrrr, krispy creme?

They look rather good to be fair  :)

Krispy Kreme! On nom nom!

Morrison's does (or used to; haven't had one in years) really nice soft donuts. My favourite out of the supermarkets.

My local bakery beats them though as they're so good! Mmmmm..

Tesco, the ones with custard in the middle. Microwave for about 10 seconds = omg.

No, I agree. Used to have these all the times when I was a kid. Full of WIN!

Gregs are ok, best really are KrispyKreme, bar the price :(

What's the KrispyCreme alternative, sure there's one in Reading, can't think of the name right now

Fresh out the fryer from the seaside.
There was a really scummy place beside Aberdeen Market that did some great ones. Probably got shut down by environmental health but they were delicious.

Also, it is doughnuts not donuts! A pet hate of mine.

Best one I ever had was, I think, a Jamaican doughnut at a stall at Glastonbury. It was long and thin as opposed to round and came on a stick. You could choose what filling was piped into it. I had banana cream. Awesome.

Krispy Kreme are nice but so expensive. However they taste nice through the whole day.

Fresh Tesco raspberry doughnuts are unbeatable. Just what a real doughnut is really about, simple and very delicious.
