He's Scottish that's why. Doesn't want England doing "too" well, and that will happen with Rooney 
His eyes scare me hehe. I think its good that he is protecting Rooney but I don't think its possible anymore. Rooney should just be played like any other player. Everyone knows he's class and could cope with the demands of the full Premiership season if he had to.
