I now suspect we will see more photos of members taking over all their work PC's or using laptops with images in the background in strange places. ;)

I kinda like my plane, but if I think a photo has a higher chance of winning i'll find somewhere to take a photo.

How does a couple of these printed out and stuck to the door of Sidney Opera House sound?

No pic yet but I'll have it and another possibly more exotic one up soon. :-)
 
If people can't be bothered to put the time in to make the accounts on facebook or twitter I guess they're screwed when it comes to putting in valuable time to actually design the image. Nothing would be stopping them deleting their accounts after the results.

Personally I am not entering because I don't seem to have much free time on my hands lately.

But thanks guys for at least offering me the chance to win something for free. I appreciate it.

Its nice to have a proper competition instead of just having to choose A, B or C. :)
 
How can you not trust social networking sites, if anything your safety is determined by who you choose as your friends; going outside is far more risky then joining a website.
 
What's your problem with signing up for FB and Twitter? It's really no effort and if you want to win a $1K CPU then you should be prepared to put in a little effort. And you people that come up with names like Failbook and *******- that real mature...
 
i just read this thread, initially couldnt be bothered to enter but seeing all the people that aren't entering i might give it a go! i reckon the cpu will be the core i7 990 extreme i've seen cropping up on various tech sites lately. its basicly a 980 extreme clocked at 3.4 ghz.
