We'll have to see what the new S2011 chips do but for what they're likely to cost the performance difference would have to be substantial to make it worth upgrading from an i5-2500K, i7-2600K or i7-2700K.
Still on a core 2 3GHz here so hoping to go to 2011 with the cheaper of the two hexcores.
Any word on suitable coolers or are Intel shipping the liquid coolers with all SB-E chips?
Looking at the prices today I think it's safe to say I will not be upgrading to socket 2011 anytime soon!
