Ok so who is fed up with not that many cross-platform online games being released, portal 2 is probably one of the only ones I can think of. I don't care if developers think pc gamers will own console I want to be able to play with all my friends without having to buy a console.
 
Never ever going to happen the advantage that PC gamers have with Keyboard and Mouse will never go away then you get all the console gamers complaining and flaming the game makers saying PC is favoured etc.

Not really just make a PC party then there doomed plus I don't want to play with people on Xbox and PS3 I want to play with people on PC.

As above not FPS/RTS games maybe Racing games that seems fair.
 
because of the experiment with Shadowrun, developers don't do cross platform shooters as it was found that even an an average PC gamer could thwart a top console gamer.

Console gamers would not be happy if they didn't stand a chance against PC gamers, and unhappy gamers = less sequel sales
 
Murray think of it like this, console gamers will be annoyed of how much the controller sucks in some cases they will switch over to the pc. Then developer could realise this new coming of the pc and put more effort into the pc games as they do now till it's all 1 platform lol.

Console gamers usually enjoy sitting back on the sofa with there £200 console playing games on there 42" TV withought sitting at a desk and chair installing drivers all the time and sorting problems etc

Or more likely... Developer tries to equalise the playing field for all gamers to make it fun for everyone, PC gamers end up with a gimped turn rate, despite this console user still come off worse in an 1 on 1 due to the nature of controller vs mouse. Nobody wins.

Nobody's gotten far with it, and everybody's stopped trying because it's a flawed idea with no perfect solution.
