Whos Got Hi Def - What Display Are You Using?

Sharp LC 42XD1E - 42" Aquos LCD at 1080p for my PS3 and was using
Dell 2405FPW 24" LCD at 1080i on my 360.

Got a Sony VPL-VW11HT projector which will do 720p but I need to get it setup after it's sat for 3 years in it's box from new :(

I see you edited :) Because with this TV it lets you have the sharpness of VGA without having washed out colours. This is achieved by setting the VGA connection to DTV (which I assume is short for digital) and at 1360x768 it doesnt give you the option to use DTV mode, which inturn gives you washed out colours :) a few pixels here and there doesn't really bother me that much

DTV is freeview isnt it? I think that may just be a colour preset. Personally (and its a different tv, so different settings) I went for VGA and the higher resolution and just fiddled with the colours until it was to my satisfaction.

Its a mode for the VGA connection on the TV one is labled PC and the other DTV and it gives you great colours in comparison to the PC mode. DTV mode has a bit of overscan as its already been said but its not a big deal at all and isnt really noticeable to me.
 
AS - 32" LCD ( cheap but can not fault HD compared to expensice ones)

PS3 - 1080p HDMI, looks damn sweet
Wii - 480p

I think this is a great entry level HDTV and does the job fine for the money I paid, but my wallet starts to twitch when I go into a store and see 32" Sammy's and Bravia's etc... the colours look soo omuch sharper :(

Tosh 32WLT66 but running @1080i on component.

Would love a 46" Samsung but no way on earth I'll push that one past the bank manager (mrs).
