Who's waiting for the 3090 and which brand are you getting?

Someone has flashed the strix 480w bios onto the trio. Says it works, but loses 1 display port. Strix has 2xhdmi... I see the ftw3 has the same outputs as the trio and at 440w maybe a good one to try.

One thing i dislike about the trio, it only has one bios and no dual bios. Big risk if your bios flash doesnt work, you have a brick!

It does but then they crippled it to just 102% on the power slider and 370W. Waste of 3 power pins, screaming out for a better bios with a higher power unlock. They even put beefier power on it, 14 phase at 50 amps each.

Yeh, but on the bright side, this is overclockers. 3x8pin, throw a block on with the money saved, flash something like a ftw3 440w bios. Then log onto the cpu forums and jump on the ryzen hype train and start all over again :D
 
If the product page is right the MSI gaming trio will be too big for my case anyway. Max size I can have is 320mm, and it's 323mm apparently. So it might not work anyway, so if I do get it, I'll need to trade it for another.

ahh so not up for 48 hours. Yeah would not be surprised at 300 orders and still in stock, that’s hell of a a lot of 3090s if there is still more left. As I say hope people get them good to see more people dishing out how they fare with them.
 
I've noticed quite a few of the x trio listed lately on the bay and facebook, at least they're shipping more than other manufacturers
