Worst thread I have seen on this forum for a LONG time, some really pathetic and immature posting going on. It's gone from light-hearted, almost forgiveable fanboyism, to full-on playground antics now.

Edit... And those youtube clips just go to show that there is no hope.

The thought crossed my mind, but for some reason i hate selling things , especially consoles >< Console-a-selling-phobia or something.

Quite odd as I like the PS3 hardware but find the controllers to be the most un-natrual thing my hands (no gay jokes please) could ever try and use, honestly, I dont know how people use them, esp the analoge sticks.

Awesome a ps3 v 360 thread?

IMO I wouldn't buy a ps3 yet as there isn't any games that out way the price for me. Its all down to opinions. These threads don't help much either.
 
Well I think you only have to look at Soul Caliber 4. 360 has Yoda as an exclusive character while the PS3 has Darth Vader. Therfore the PS3 belongs to the darkside and is evil and must be destroyed by the Xbox 360 which is light and good :p



P.S. I am joking and I wish that we had darth vader on the 360

I'm actually shocked by the level of stupidity, and I read these forums! ;)
I want to know how bluray broke his telly, and all the other people that he mentioned. I'm also interested in how much memory the motion sensitive controls use, making everything run sooooo slow! He said the PS3 is retarted, but erm, I think we all know who the retard is there!

Meh, I could go on, but you're all smart enough to realise already ;)

Its a shame he wasn't criticising the XBox, he could have said the noise in the background was the fans and DVD drive of the Xbox rather than his mum mowing the lawn.
 
I hate my ps3 and am thinking of selling it.

Litterally one or two exclusives (that arent crap). GT5 is 2 years away. Nearly all cross format (so just a 360 port) have bad frameframe and/or chopped off resolution (which looks crap on a 1080p screen). Why didnt we have dual shocks in the first place?!

I do not understand who Sony went from the huge hit ps2 to the disaster of the ps3.
Metal gear is the last in the series (iirc), FF13 is to be multi format. Sony really do have nothing to make people want a ps3, except the blu ray player.

The only hesitation for me buying a 360 is that a friend had one and the power brick and dvd drive where so loud it was rediculus.

If you hate it, I'd suggest getting it on the MM asap.
If it's a 40gb model, it'll lose a lot of value when the 80gb version comes out!

I'm not sure that nearly all cross format games are 360 ports (any more). Certainly I was under the impression that the majority of games were now using PS3 as lead machine, and then porting to 360, to ensure better quality on both systems. I believe Burnout Paradise even benefitted from this method on the 360.

But still, if I hated my PS3, I'd sell it, and use the money for something more useful!
