I worked it out to be 3.9% (rounded up from 3.8666)

7.21 / 7.5 = 0.9613333

1 - 0.9613333 = 0.0386666

0.038666 x 100 = percentage 3.866%

That's the percentage of 7.50, not the percentage of 7.21.

0.29 / 7.21 * 100 = 4.02 (rounded)
