Why do people lie on the internet?

I don't quite get lying on the Internet. You lot are really cool and all, but none of you mean anything to my life so it matters not if you like me, hate me or if you think I'm really neat because I'm the greatest person in the world. :D

MikeHunt, you must teeeach me! I cannot find an ignore feature. That would come in so handy.

Never really seen the point of it, obviously I've made things up and embellished certain things but I think I've grown out of that now. There isn't any point.

This forum especially is a great source of information for me and has helped me no end. I'd also like to think I've managed to help people out in places with information, or what have you. I see no point in jeopardising that.

And yet he still posts here.

Yup, anytime someone comments about it the post gets conveniently ignored.

Ive seen a few threads in the past asking why he was avoiding GD for a while but he never responds. Apparently if he ignores it then it never happened.

There's may be an easier way of doing it (although it was possibly removed in the latest upgrade) but if you go to your User CP and then edit ignore list you can add people that way - just start typing the name and after a second all users with the same start to their name will appear in a drop down list for you to select. Personally I've never used the ignore list and can't see that changing, I just tend to skip certain posts almost unconciously.

as long as the story is entertaining/interesting i dont care whether its true or false. Why be concerned about whether smt is true or not if there is no practical way to find out (uber detective skillz notwithstanding). Psychas entertained us thats the main thing. Thanks dude!:D

he's online right now, how/why did he not get perma'd for this rubbish? Like azab, DVDb and all the other story tellers?

What sort of towbar would i need to tow my helicoptor from the hamptons new york to whinney banks middlesbrough ?
I usually tow my helicopters with one of my other helicopters from my fleet of helicopters with a solid gold towbar, but I change to a brand new one every few miles in case they become worn out.
