CPU isnt being used so it down clocks to save you pennies on your electric bill. Helps prolong the life of the equipment too
Seems like quite a few of these overclocked bundles have these stability issues as I can gather from posts in the forum. The best bet is to send a webnote and not meddle with anything for the time being, OCUK should sort you out!
Another thing you can do is to check the temperatures.

honesty i don't know, but i would say call ocuk first,Well all i've done is pressed the load fail safe option in bios... I assume they won't tell me i've voided the warranty for that?
