Maybe disable raid and see if thats causing the problem? try different modes, IDE/RAID and AHCI.
Reset bios to defaults, maybe it's something you've changed and forgot about.
Update your bios, if problem persists try each drive seperately, disconnect other devices, i.e optical drives or even floppy if your still using one..
