I think you'll find I'm speaking for the majority of the members on this forum if not most of the worlds population (Excluding the US of course).

No one will believe you on here, be it out of ignorance as you try to make it out or by actual process of thought.

Why not try and articulate why you disgaree with him rather than doing the big roll eyes. No need at all for that.

That attitude prevailed hundreds of years ago when we all believed the earth was flat as well

Did you actualy watch the interview? Military personal have come forward stating the during the cold war the US had it's nukes disabled.

I didn't watch it, but I know that nukes are being disabled all the time, especially when someone like Nixon was in power - the powers that be couldn't trust Nixon with the 'big red button' so 'disabled' them.

Maybe if the OP was a little more credible it would deserve a thorough articulated discussion, however the OP is so ludicrously humorous it could damage our intelligence to argue with them.

So have I. Doesn't mean they're aliens though does it? I've seen things in the sky that I don't recognise, but I don't suddenly make the leap that, "Oh my god I'm Craig Smith and like the people of Roswell I've just seen an alien from another planet". There are quite literally hundreds of things happening in the sky that will be unidentifiable to people like us on the ground. Weather balloons, planes and helicopters at a strange angle, meteorites burning up, various satellites of all shapes and sizes.

Evolution doesn't always affect a species positively. A species can progress and regress many times during it's life. Who knows? A nuclear war or a worldwide energy crisis could cripple the human race. In 2000 years time we could be a pre-industrialised civilisation again. The exact same thing could be happening on other worlds millions of light years away.

Well the simple answer is that it's a load of rubbish, that's why.

However, I'm more interested in why you asked that question? What does it mean for the Western media to report something? Do things become 'true' when the Western media report them? I think too many people take the Western media uncritically as the gospel truth. It is clear that the Western media does on occasion report rubbish and equally worrying occasionally fails to report really important things.

In all seriousness after watching the Dom Joly's happy hour on sky one, I can see a strong correlation between copius reports of UFOs by Rednecks, Aussi Outbackers, Mexicans etc and the amount and type of alcohol they drink.

Rofl! :D The thing is, it's so true. I highly doubt that there's some higher species checking that we dont set off nukes. The western media won't report it as essentially it is RUBBISH.

Considering it was about 30 meters away from me i'm pretty sure it wasn't weather ballon, plane or helicopter.
 
What did it look like? Was it big and round with multicoloured flashing lights and did it respond to some sort of 70's style beeping rhythm that had to be played in a variety of ways, and then the lights would respond to the ryhthm and beep back? :p
