I've watched countdown for over a year and have never even looked at the letters.

I respond to OCuk conspiracy theorists with such vigour I almost take it personally.

Big brother is now a regular feature of my life, I now shake my fist at the TV.

When I go to the gym or have a walk the only people I meet are retired or new mothers.

I've got a crush on judge judy.

I can do exact mathematical measurements on the amount of ml of alcohol per £ on any drink.

Just take whatever you can literally if it's cleaning toilets or working in McDonalds.

People say they aren't respectable jobs but to me it's more respectable than sponging off tax payers money.

Plus when you finally get a break (if that happens) and you're in the interview and the interviewer says so why is there an 18 month gap in your employment history.

"Well I was waiting for the right job to come along"

Is not a very good answer.

Even charity/volunteer work is better than not being employed.

I'm not judging you or saying that you haven't tried to get a job I'm just saying take whatever you can it's better than no job.

Lifes what you make of it, no point sitting around and waiting for it to happen go out there and get what you can.

I did 3 months of crap work between jobs, when applying via an agency the first thing they all do is ask if its ok for them to remove it from my CV before passing on to employer

And you'd rather have sat around and did nothing for 3 months and gone on the dole?

How can you afford to eat if you dont have a job OP?
I was a student but I'm on a medical leave of absence and still manage to work to pay for my rent and food... : /

OK sounds like you're nearly there...

So what's the best bang per buck - 2litres of white lightening ?

And I'm guessing you totally ignore 6 cans for a fiver offers.

To fully qualify we need to see evidence that you can budget your 2 weeks between dole cheques and not just blow it all down the pub on pay day

It's hilarious what people go on there for!

A woman was arguing that her ex from nearly 2 years ago should give her the mattress back she bought to replace his water bed mattress because she found it hard to sleep on.

I mean srsly??
